I know it is only a "Spelter Dog", but the quality of the original sculpture is very clear in this spelter example, even down to the detail of the dog's collar. Unfortunately, no info on the Sculptor, other than we think he is highly competant - not up there with Rembrant Bugatti, but still, very good. We think, French, and from the 1920s.
