Very unusual,and powerful, design for this oval mirror in brass plated steel, and with interesting cast brass details, but its crowning glory is the Lion's Head Capital with wreath. The mirror is also oval with a very strong bevel, and is in very good condition. The mirror is very impressive, despite having had some of the brass plating polished off. The overall effect is excellent. The mirror is probably English (the lion has a very "Landseer" look!) and dates from the 1900s. SOLD.
