Mathieu Mategot Low Table
A low table in the style typical of Mathieu Mategot, and with an especially attractive, and very Art Deco, undertier and legs. The top is typical of his designs, formed from a pierced metal sheet, with wrought iron frame and legs. The white paint is worn and chipped and we guess, therefore, that it is likely to be the original. We date this table from the 1950s. It measures 100cm long X 53cm deep X 50cm high.
