Yellow Glazed Terra Cotta Demi-Lune Console top by St Jean-de-Fos, with lovely hand-pinched pie-crust border. Extremely rare to find any Terra Cotta piece this size, and made as one piece. It sits on a period wrought iron base which suits it admirably. Very Provencal. The pottery is in the South of France, not far from Vallauris, and is now out of production, and we date this item to the late 1950s.
